During this unique period characterized by the COVID 19 pandemic, Gualapack deemed crucial to remain close to its employees, its supply chain and the community.
That’s why we’ve reinforced the safety protocols in all our plants, protecting and safeguarding our employees. We’ve made donations to local organisations to help manage the health emergency that our hospitals are facing. Yet, we’ve kept offering value to our customers, whilst guaranteeing continuos production in our factories, as well as supplies and services.
We’ve adopted new ways of working. We’ve provided office staff with the option to work remotely from home, and taken daily care of our factory workers, adopting all the necessary preventive measures to allow them to work in safely. We’ve constantly provided our customers with packaging material and guaranteed our service, specialising even further, for example, with the installation of complex new machines by virtual remote connection.
This experience has confirmed our belief that our values such as participation, competence and positiveness enabled us to ensure continuity to our company and our customers. We’ve all grown together, getting stronger and more united than before.
